A SOC 2 (Service Organization Control 2) audit is a comprehensive evaluation designed to ensure that an organization manages its data securely to protect the interests of the organization and the privacy of its clients. This audit is recognized as one of the highest recognized standards of information security compliance in the world, and was developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
As part of Refuelās SOC 2 Audit, a third-party auditor reviewed our internal controls including but not limited to data security, network configuration, change management, access control, backup and disaster recovery and security incident response plans.
SOC 2 is just one aspect of our security program and overall commitment to data security and privacy. We are committed to continually improving our information security program and retaining an annual SOC 2 audit to ensure we keep supporting our customersā needs.
